All sales cannot be returned. Because we sell mainly service-based offerings rather than physical goods, returns are not applicable. In the case that we do sell physical goods, they are currently in the form of perishable goods, which also cannot be returned.
At this time, our services are subscription-based. Cancellations can be done through the administration interface you receive access to after registering for the service. In the case of any physical goods that are purchased through our service, you will receive an email notification of any automated order 2 weeks in advance of its intended delivery date and any cancellations MUST be done more than one week in advance. You will again receive a notification 1 week prior to the intended delivery date. Upcoming orders cannot be cancelled after that time. In the case of any service offerings we may have, cancellation policies may vary, and are communicated through the tool or an agreement external to our services.
We will issues refunds if an error was made on our end, such as the order being incorrect, not received or damaged. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, it is not eligible for a refund. If this is the case, please contact the Purchaser of your gift. The original Purchaser is able to request a refund if the order is incorrect, not received or damaged.
